What types of cedar can I choose from?
For Northeast Ohio projects, the most practical cedar choices we can discuss are Western Red Cedar, Eastern Red Cedar, Northern White Cedar, Alaska Yellow Cedar, and Incense Cedar. Western Red Cedar is usually the easiest premium choice to source consistently. The other species may depend on board size, grade, supplier stock, and whether the project requires boards, pickets, or dimensional lumber. If a specific species matters to you, select it during the quote process and we’ll confirm current availability before the build.
Are the listed prices final?
No. The website prices are starting points for standard styles. Final pricing depends on dimensions, cedar and hardware needs, custom details, quantity, finish, and delivery location.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes. Include the preferred length, width, height, quantity, and intended use in the quote form. A photo or sketch can also help with unusual spaces.
Do you deliver?
Local delivery is available throughout Greater Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Lorain County, and surrounding communities. Delivery cost and availability are confirmed with the project quote.
Do planters include soil and plants?
Unless specifically included in your quote, standard pricing covers the planter itself. Soil, plants, and installation can be discussed as custom options.
What can I grow in a cedar planter?
Depending on planter size and depth, customers commonly use planters for seasonal flowers, herbs, vegetables, decorative greenery, and mixed arrangements. Choose dimensions based on the plants you intend to grow.
Can you build a matching pair for my front porch?

Fine, golden, distinctive material for premium special-order projects where the appearance justifies the sourcing cost.
Incense Cedar
A less-common reddish-brown cedar option that may be available by special order depending on supplier stock.
